After doing alterations to my 2 wedding dresses, 4 bridesmaids dresses and 1 summer dress I can safely recommend Golden Button services to anyone! They really are professional and very knowledgeable at what they do. I cannot thank them enough for saving my wedding day without the need of buying a new dress! After being let down by few other places telling me “nothing can be done” “it’s not possible to alter it”, Golden Button team made it possible with no hassle! Fab, Brilliant, Friendly, Helpful and very very good at what they do. Dorota and Anna recently fitted a new heavy duty zip to an old leather motorcycle jacket, replaced the velcro on a fabric m/c jacket and repaired the pockets which were ripped to bits. They did a great job at an incredibly reasonable price. I highly recommend you talk to them whatever your needs. This morning they were re-covering some bucket car seats... ~ Mike B

Very pleased with the alteration of my daughter’s prom dress. The alteration was done beautifully and everything fit perfectly. The service was very professional and definitely worth the money. Excellent service! With short notice & no extra cost! these lovely ladies, were able to turn my daughters 18th birthday trousers up. They manage to do this a day earlier than expected. Before and after I was a little worried as I hadn’t used golden button before and this is a dress for my daughter wedding. One of my doggies had chewed a hole in my sofa cover big enough for me to fit my fist through with room to spare!!! A friend suggested the Golden Button and I've just picked it up. Took a pair of expensive motorcycle trousers which I required altering. Absolutely perfect job, very quick turnaround (dropped off last thing Friday and had text to say ready for collection early Monday morning). Very reasonable price. Can't recommend highly enough. ~ Jamie R

Amazing. Skills outstanding. I have had two tailored suits altered with buttons on sleeve and you would think they were straight off the shelf. A circular skirt evening dress was shortened, cut without measuring and absolutely perfect. As I am only 4' 10.5", I am always having alterations. ~ Lesley K

Needed a men's suit jacket to have the arms shortened. Picked it up today & what an amazing job they have done. You wouldn't even know it's been altered. Highly recommend this little place to anyone. Fabulous job & reasonable price too. ~ Teresa S
